Terms and Conditions

If you access the website and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


WELCOME TO BRILLAREEQUINE.CO.UK and our affiliates provide access to the Brillare Equine Ltd's website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.


We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error-free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible and disruption to use is minimal.



The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. After placing an order to purchase goods from Brillare Equine, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Brillare Equine will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched.



All products offered for sale by Brillare Equine are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. The price we charge is that displayed on our website at the time of ordering. Although we endeavour to maintain accurate prices, we reserve the right to correct a price if an error has been made. You will be entitled to either accept the new price or cancel and accept a refund. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch, or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed by a secure Payment Provider. The registered address of the card holder is required in order to validate the transaction.



These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales . You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.



We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. Please note that customised products can take 6-8 weeks as these items are made to order, all browbands may take up to 2 weeks and leatherwork has a wait of up to 4-5 weeks.



All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made are non-returnable. Cancellation must be made within a week of placing the order and this MUST be done by telephone on 07487676881. As stated above, all customised orders are on a made to order basis and therefore production time on these items is 6-8 weeks. 




We accept PayPal payments, please select to pay via PayPal at the checkout. PayPal payments are a secure way to pay for your purchases. Value to be paid will be shown in Pound Sterling.


We accept card payments using Square, a secure payment processing system that accepts all major credit/debit cards.


PAPER GIFT VOUCHER - only accepted for post orders, we will require the unique voucher number and any additional payment if applicable. Paper vouchers can only be redeemed via post. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the vouchers to us and Brillare Equine cannot be held responsible if any vouchers do not reach the registered address, therefore we advise that you return your vouchers via recorded delivery and your tracking information is provided.


ONLINE GIFT VOUCHER - Online gift vouchers are now available to purchase from Brillare Equine, these vouchers may be redeemed online by entering the 16 digit redeem code into the "Voucher Code" box during the checkout process, or can be redeemed over the telephone, although our sales team would require a copy of your online gift voucher.



Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher. 

Multi-buy promotions including buy one get one free and 3 for 2 offers will only apply to the items stated and must be purchased within one transaction.

If free postage is offered, it applies to UK Mainland, Standard Delivery only (normally £4.95), additionally the offer would exclude quoted and overseas deliveries. Minimum order value of over £75 will be required to qualify for this postage offer.


If you return a promotional item, Brillare Equine reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the item you received free of charge, without notice, at the then current Brillare Equine price.  



These relate to featured products only. They cannot be exchanged for any other product. If any products in these offers are returned then all items (including free gift) must be returned together and in a good condition before the return can be processed. Or if you return the rug or the promotional item, Brillare Equine reserves the right to charge you (using the payment method you used for the original order) for the item you received free of charge, without notice, at the then current Brillare Equine price.



If a sale item is returned in exchange for an alternative size or colour, please note that the sale price may not be honoured if the replacement is not included in the sale, additional payment will need to be taken. If the exchange item is a lower value we will refund the difference.

Sale items may include one specific size or colour, please note that this may not reflect on the entire range of this product.

Sale prices are subject to change on a regular basis. If an item you have received later goes into a sale or promotion, we are not able to amend nor refund any price differences.


If a discount code has been used on an order, please be aware that if the item is returned this percentage will also be taken off the refund amount owed.

All sales and promotions have a clear expiry date specified and cannot be applied to orders after this set date.

Due to the success of our sales we experience a high level of orders, which could occasionally lead to a slight delay; in these circumstances a member of the customer service team will try to contact you via email or telephone.


All sales items are subject to availability. Due to high level of demand during sale time please allow up to 6 working days for delivery of your order.

For certain sale items we reserve the right to substitute alternative products or services of equal or greater quality and value at no extra cost to you if we experience supply difficulties.


All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order. If only some of the products in your order are available this will be explained in your acceptance and despatch email. 



If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.


If you make your own arrangements to return good to us, you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. Brillare Equine will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged.


If you wish to return an item please complete the returns note on your despatch note stating clearly if you would prefer a refund or exchange and include it in your parcel. Please note that if a return is received without instructions, it will automatically be processed as a refund.


PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are non-refundable, we will exchange or send vouchers to the value.

Fair wear and tear, if we feel it is necessary, goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances. This is in addition to your statutory rights.



Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).  Please ensure that items returned are clean and dry.



Goods ordered from Brillare Equine or delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
